Breanna Vanstrom
Board Chair
Breanna Vanstrom has over 15 years of experience in marketing, association management, and real estate. Through roles at corporations and ad agencies, she’s worked with companies such as Rubbermaid, NASCAR, Disney On Ice, Food Lion, Buffalo Wild Wings, and MOM Brands. She’s been a REALTOR® and served as the Director of Communications for REALTOR® Associations in West Palm Beach, FL, and St. Paul, MN, and since 2015 has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Boise Regional REALTORS®. Breanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. Breanna joined the AquAbility Board in 2017.

Aurelie Bayer-Boloix
Aurelie joined the Aquability Board in 2011 as Treasurer. Aurelie comes from France where she graduated with a hotel management degree. She moved to the Wood River Valley in 2001 to work and never left. She continued her education in the United States and obtained her Masters Degree in Accounting. She recently joined Becker Chambers & Co, a Hailey based public accounting firm, as a CPA after working 10 years in commercial and private banking. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves the active outdoors lifestyle Sun Valley offers. She has focused her volunteer time to organizations helping disadvantaged youth in our local community and beyond. Aquability has offered a wonderful opportunity to fulfill this personal goal. Aurelie also serves on the Wood River YMCA Board since 2015. She is thrilled to have been part of Aquability’s growth over the years and been able to put her business background to good use by helping non-profit organizations make a difference for those in need.
Gundars (Gundy) Kaupins
Professor of Management

Gundars (Gundy) Kaupins is Professor of Management at Boise State University. He received his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Iowa. With his human resource management students he helped write about 600 employee handbooks for nonprofits, for profits, and for public sector organizations. He has served as a president, vice president, store manager, racewalk judge, webmaster, and marketing/strategic planning committee member for various nonprofits such as the Treasure Valley Fitness Walkers and Ewalu. When he was department chair of the Boise State Management Department he and his colleagues developed the Nonprofit Management minor. Gundy joined the AquAbility Board in 2017. He is also a current board member of The Idaho Nonprofit Center.
