AquAbility offers education and training courses for both volunteers and staff. AquAbility gives courses in Boise and also travels to deliver trainings on site for organization staff or volunteer groups.
The Therapeutic Aquatics for People with Disabilities Certification Course is a 2-day course where participants learn about physical and cognitive disabilities and learn skills to work in the water safely with people who have these disabilities. The course provides hands-on skills training for both therapeutic and recreational aspects of aquatic instruction for people with disabilities. The course is pre-approved for ATRI 15 CEU credits and by NCTRC for 15 CEU credits.
