Deb is an Idaho native who has lived in the Wood River Valley since 1990. Her passion for competitive swimming started at the age of 8 and has only grown stronger. Through swimming, Deb has learned important life lessons including: believing in yourself, staying focused on your goals, allowing yourself to change and caring for others. Deb has brought this perspective to Aquability and she continues to be inspired by the organization’s staff and athletes who are committed to providing therapeutic recreation through swimming. When Deb is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four dogs, boating, waterskiing wakeboarding and practicing yoga. She is also an avid reader, aspiring scrapbooker and doggie biscuit baker.
