AquAbility is a non-profit corporation committed to providing health, recreation and sport through adapted swimming as an opportunity for people with disabilities to improve fitness, develop independence, increase self-esteem, and improve quality of life. AquAbility is a designated Paralympic Sport Club offering community-based programs for youth, adults, and veterans with disabilities.
AquAbility provides year round adapted swimming for people of all ages who are challenged by a variety of permanent disabilities including but not limited to: spinal cord injury, visual or auditory impairment, Multiple Sclerosis, amputation, Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injury, paralysis, stroke, multi-trauma, PTSD, Parkinson’s Disease, Down Syndrome, and developmental disabilities.
